For the first time, I have created 3 new emotional intelligence resources that you might find helpful. These digital products are available for a one-time purchase and download via PDF. They are available on my website as well. You can click below for more details on each.

The FIRST resource is an "Emotional Intelligence Team Effectiveness Questionnaire". I've been studying, teaching, and writing about EQ for more than 20 years. There are different EQ models and assessments available for individuals, but very few resources for teams. Teams high in EQ are easy to spot...and unfortunately teams low in EQ are also easy to spot.

But how do you know where your team stands without everybody taking an EQ assessment? This questionnaire includes 30 questions with simple scoring to help you calculate your team's EQ effectiveness score. Give it a try!

The SECOND resource is "100 Strategies to Improve Your Emotional Intelligence". Over the years, I have accumulated much knowledge about EQ competencies and strategies. I also currently provide 1:1 coaching for clients using their EQ reports.

This document includes 100 practical strategies across every EQ competency that you can easily apply to improve YOUR skills. If you're looking for a comprehensive list of "how" to improve, this is it!

The THIRD resource is "Behavioral Interview Questions for Emotional Intelligence Hiring". Nearly all recruiters, talent acquisition specialists, hiring managers, and HR professionals ask interview questions about required skills needed for specific jobs. But very few ask questions about skills that are difficult to train on (such as self-awareness, social skills, stress tolerance, empathy, or motivation). These are crucial EQ skills needed for most jobs.

This document includes 116 behavioral interview questions that you can use to assess EQ in any potential candidate. Use these questions as a supplement to your required job skills questions.
